Proton exchange membrane fuel cell is a power generation system that directly converts the chemical energy present in the fuel and oxidant into electrical energy. In a typical proton exchange membrane fuel cell, the membrane electrode is generally placed between two conductive plates, both of which are equipped with deflectors. The deflectors are opened on the surface in contact with the membrane electrodes.
