TYNSF- electrolysis cell reactor assembly line
The servo hydraulic press is mainly used to complete the automatic pressing and pressure relief process of Party A's products. The front-end manipulator series lifting tools assist the placement of large end plates, plates and membranes, and the stacking fixture with the product is transported to the feeding port of the servo hydraulic press through the AGV, docked with the feeding roller line, and the feeding roller line receives the stacking fixture, enters the press, and positions the stacking fixture.

Background knowledge sharing of air tightness testing system for bipolar plates
Proton exchange membrane fuel cell is a power generation system that directly converts the chemical energy present in the fuel and oxidant into electrical energy. In a typical proton exchange membrane fuel cell, the membrane electrode is generally placed between two conductive plates, both of which are equipped with deflectors. T

Hot pressing assembly of membrane electrodes for electrolysis and sharing of membrane electrode application knowledge
This project involves an optimized hot-pressing assembly method for membrane electrodes for solid electrolyte (SPE) electrolysis. The membrane electrode is assembled by hot pressing of the catalyst layer, cathode gas diffusion layer, anode gas diffusion layer, proton exchange membrane and other components, and this method aims to optimize the heating temperature and assembly pressure during the assembly of the membrane electrode. The membrane electrode assembly prepared in this project has good performance when used as a proton exchange membrane (PEM) water electrolytic cell. This project has extensive utilization value in renewable fuel cell (RFC), photoelectric catalysis, and electrolytic hydrogen generator devices.
