Background Technology:
1. Proton exchange membrane fuel cell is a power generation system that directly converts the chemical energy present in the fuel and oxidant into electrical energy. In a typical proton exchange membrane fuel cell, the membrane electrode is generally placed between two conductive plates, both of which are equipped with deflectors. The deflectors are opened on the surface in contact with the membrane electrodes and are formed by die-casting, stamping or mechanical milling in quantities of more than one. Monopolar plates can be made of metal materials or graphite materials. The bipolar plate mentioned in the present invention is made of graphite material. The function of the guide groove on the bipolar plate is to introduce the fuel and oxidant into the anode region and cathode region on both sides of the membrane electrode. In the single-cell structure of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell, there is only one membrane electrode and two monolithic plates, two monopolar plates are located on either side of the membrane electrode, one anode monopole plate for fuel and the other cathode monopole plate for oxidant. The water cavity of the two, that is, the antifreeze guide surface, is bonded together to form a complete bipolar plate. This bipolar plate serves both as a current manifold and as a mechanical support on both sides of the membrane electrode.
2. However, in the production process of the stack, the air tightness of the stack bipolar plate must be tested. Therefore, the industry for air tightness testing equipment came into being. At present, most enterprises use connecting gas sources and stacks for testing.
