The servo hydraulic press is mainly used to complete the automatic pressing and pressure relief process of Party A's products. The front-end manipulator series lifting tools assist the placement of large end plates, plates and membranes, and the stacking fixture with the product is transported to the feeding port of the servo hydraulic press through the AGV, docked with the feeding roller line, and the feeding roller line receives the stacking fixture, enters the press, and positions the stacking fixture.

The front-end manipulator series lifting tools assist the placement of large end plates, plates and membranes, and the stacking fixture with the product is transported to the feeding port of the servo hydraulic press through the AGV, docked with the feeding roller line, and the feeding roller line receives the stacking fixture, enters the press, and positions the stacking fixture. After positioning inside the press, the roller line lifting mechanism inside the press is lowered with the stacking fixture, the lower end plate of the product is in contact with the bottom plate of the press, and the lower part of the stacking fixture is detached from the product. The automatic pressurization system pressurizes the product, monitors the pressure and displacement during the pressurization process, and outputs the corresponding report. After pressurizing according to the set parameters, the press is kept in state, and the three-chamber airtight pressure test adopts the pressure holding method, such as no leakage after the test, and then manually tighten the bolt through a special torque torque gun. After completing the tightening work of the product, the press relieves the pressure, the indenter is raised, the roller line lifting mechanism inside the press is jacked, and the product and stacking fixture are transferred to the discharge roller line, and the AGV is docked with the discharge roller line to transfer the product to the next station.
